Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Calibration Physical Therapy LLC values your time and strives to provide high-quality care to all patients. To serve everyone effectively, we maintain the following appointment policy.


1. Appointment Cancellations

We request that patients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment may be deemed a no-show.

Repeated no-shows may result in:

  • A missed appointment fee
  • Requirement of prepayment for future appointments
  • Possible discharge from care in certain circumstances

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled patients.

In some cases, late arrival may require rescheduling.

4. Insurance and Financial Responsibility

Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits and coverage.

Copays, coinsurance, or outstanding balances may be due at the time of service.
